Installation
Very simply put, ICA would bring High Speed Internet Connectivity into a
Condominium or Apartment building, and split it to ALL SUITES enabling tenants

assumes all costs associated with installing the service as well as providing
all equipment to end-users in order to have the service "live". A typical user
installation can take place within 10-15 minutes. The ICA "Apartments Online"
system consists of a thin Broadband Gateway server, which is typically
installed in the building's Telco closet or Penthouse, and an access appliance
in each user's room or residence. The Gateway facilitates the transfer of IP
traffic, using the existing inbuilding coaxial cable, between ICA Canada Online
and individual PC users inside your building. The customer appliance takes the
place of a PC network card or other type of modem, and provides easy-to-install
connectivity to the end user at speeds up to 20 Mbps.
